SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Prospective authors are cordially requested to submit a full paper (4-6 pages, A4 size) in IEEE double-column format.

Plagiarism and Multiple-Submission Policy

All submitted papers to ECCE2027 must represent original and unpublished work that is not currently under review by any other conference or journal. The conference strictly adheres to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) plagiarism and publication ethics policies.

Plagiarism Screening

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are free from plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and improper reuse of previously published materials. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using IEEE-approved software in accordance with IEEE guidelines.

Similarity Requirement: The overall similarity index, including references and bibliography, should remain below 30%.

Papers with excessive similarity, unattributed content, or ethical violations may be rejected without review.

Multiple Submission Restriction

Simultaneous or multiple submissions of substantially similar manuscripts to other conferences or journals are strictly prohibited.

If a manuscript is found to have been previously published, concurrently submitted elsewhere, or in violation of IEEE publication ethics, the paper will be immediately disqualified from consideration.

Author Responsibilities
  • Properly cite all sources, figures, tables, and previously published materials.
  • Ensure all co-authors have approved the submission.
  • Comply fully with IEEE ethical standards and publication policies.

By submitting a paper to ECCE2027, authors confirm that the manuscript complies with all IEEE ethical standards and publication requirements.
