Conference Registration

Registration with an appropriate fee is mandatory for participation in the conference as well as publication of abstract and full paper in conference proceedings. It is highly expected that conference delegates will follow the registration guideline.

Notes

  • The above registration fees are for one paper for one author.
  • If more than one author of a paper wants to participate at ECCE 2027, each of them must pay the full registration fee as per their category.
  • Authors must upload studentship proof and/or IEEE valid membership proof for the year 2027, where applicable.
  • Authors must pay all types of transfer fees and service charges (if required).

Additional Papers

Authors can register one additional paper as per the following rates. In case of more than one additional paper, authors have to pay the full registration fee according to the category mentioned above.

  • International Authors - USD $250
  • International Student Authors - USD $200
  • Local Authors - BDT 6,000
  • Local Student Authors - BDT 5,000

Explanation

Say a local author (Non-EEE) has five accepted papers. He has to calculate the payable amount as follows:
